Growth Decision Sessions FAQ

What do we actually leave with? Decision confidence. A clear view of where growth is stalling, what's causing it, and what to do next so your leadership team can move with conviction rather than keep debating the same questions internally.

Why two sessions? The first hour works through the growth system with all attendees, so you can see where the friction is across sales, marketing, and execution. The second hour is yours alone with two Flux specialists, making it specific to your business. The first gives you the picture. The second tells you what it means for you.

Who should come? Bring two or three people from your leadership team, a CEO, sales leader, or head of marketing. The session works best when the people who need to make growth decisions are in the room together.

Is this relevant if we already have a strategy in place? Often that's exactly when it's most useful. Most leadership teams aren't short on strategy; they're short on clarity about why it isn't moving. That's what this session is built to surface.
